Rosso Superiore Sannio DOP Solopaca
The Sangiovese and Aglianico grapes which are used to make this wine come exclusively from the territory of Solopaca, from vines which have a controlled productivity and continued monitoring to ensure quality. Maceration with the skins is carried out at length and at controlled temperatures. At the end of the vinification process a ruby red wine is obtained which tends towards brick red with aging. The perfume is intense, characteristic, delicate with hints of violets, strawberries, marasca cherry and moss. The flavour is dry, balanced and smooth. Aged: 18 months in oak barrels. Bottle age: 6 months. Great with meats especially barbeques, game, matured cheeses and cured meats. Serving temperature 16-18°C.
