Solopaca Rosso Sannio DOP
Made with the Sangiovese, Aglianico and other red grape varieties grown on the Sannio Benevento hillsides, this wine is vinificated with the skins at controlled fermentation temperature. A very particular wine is obtained which releases scents of red fruits and floral molecules. It is a wine for all meals but privileges red meats, pasta dishes, grills, cured meats and the like. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
